Packaging lines are a major water user in the brewery

Confirm equipment uses water at its recommended consumption
- if higher savings are possible
Avoid short run times as much as is possible. Such runs increase proportion of cleaning time and water usage.
On rinse tanks ensure overflow pipes are visible
For kegs and casks meter in the beer rather than brim fill
