Delegate feedback (2024):

  • The tutors were so knowledgeable, and informative. They were extremely successful in delivering this course.
  • Tutors very knowledgeable and helpful, presented clearly.
  • Excellent course, very useful, learned a lot today.
  • Session worked well, good pace, sufficient breaks, use of examples.
  • Tutors have provided very interesting training on all categories, answered all questions & were very informative.
  • Both of the tutors made what is quite a dry topic really engaging and added in lots of examples which were really useful. The pace of the information was just right and I didn't feel like I had been in a 4 hour training session, it seemed to fly by!
  • Very clear, great reference to how to find and use the information , great examples
