Benefits of attending

The Global Safety & Quality team at Campden BRI is able to develop and deliver bespoke training courses specifically tailored for your requirements and personnel. Our tutors have considerable practical experience of the course topics and of running such courses in the UK and overseas. Training can be delivered in person or online.

Course content

Our tailored courses range in duration from 1 day through to 5 days intensive training and include a mixture of presentations and practical sessions; all the courses are interactive with plenty of discussion. The course content ranges from a general overview of the topic to in-depth applications. One to one training can be given or large groups depending on requirements.

Courses are offered in all areas of food safety management (from foundation to advanced levels) including: root cause analysis; food defence and food fraud (TACCP/VACCP);  internal and lead auditor; supplier quality assurance; factory inspections; allergen management and control; HACCP  and Food Safety  (including refresher training, validation and verification and HACCP for retailers; environmental monitoring; hygiene; and risk assesment of raw materials. We are able to deliver a number of different courses in Polish, this includes HACCP Levels 2 and 3.
