About our experts

Whether you already know your key challenges or need our support in determining the right focus areas for maximum benefit, our expert team can support. The wide range of experience across our expert team, means that the best fit will be found based on your operation and its needs.

What’s the process?

The process can be fully tailored to suit your business – we will find the right way for you to share your needs, aims and desires. Where these are not yet clear, we can conduct an independent ‘health check’ to help you determine the most beneficial focus areas for proactive improvement or further investigation.

We can also tailor the length of the on-site manufacturing study to best suit your needs. We will provide a scorecard / report, as well as including recommendations for addressing findings.

Not ‘just a list of actions’

A key part of our Manufacturing Best Practice Review offering is that our experts can be a part of the practical solutions to the improvement opportunities that they will identify. In a lean operation, we understand that identifying and implementing solutions can be a challenge – we can provide resource, guidance and practical support for both.

What’s more, our process encourages buy-in; alongside improvement opportunities, we always identify the positive elements of your general operation and key focus areas – this gives a positive foundation upon which to build improvements and gain benefits, and supports the continuous improvement mindset of those working most closely with the operations that you are aiming to improve.
