About

Julia has 30 years experience in the food industry including having worked at Campden BRI for 3 years as a Microbiologist straight after university. She then qualified as an Environmental Health Officer in London before having a varied career in the food industry specialising in NPD, process management and technical roles, particularly in bakery and sweet goods. Julia also has a strong understanding of compliance having worked for RHM as a Food Safety Compliance Manager. In addition she has had roles at Kanes Foods and Avana Bakeries.
