There is a need to continuously improve the overall nutritional quality of food and drink products, which is often overshadowed by pressure to reduce levels of the 'public health nutrients'.


A Campden BRI seminar - Improving nutritional quality: Product development opportunities for the food and drink industry, to be held on 15th April, will highlight key product development opportunities to improve the nutritional quality of the food consumed in the UK, and discuss the latest science and technology linking food production to nutrient provision.
