Rapid beer analysis

Do you suspect a taint in your beer? Do you need rapid confirmation of your suspicions? We can perform GC/MS or sulphur volatiles analysis and have an answer to you within 24-48 hours. Similarly, if you have problems in production, such as a suspected leak of coolant, we can usually provide an analysis within 24 hours. Rapid response is also often needed in ensuring compliance with legal limits or in-house specifications, for example mycotoxins such as ochratoxin A, aflatoxin and zearalenone.
