Sensory and Consumer - Member Interest Group

This MIG provides a unique forum for sensory and market research professionals to discuss areas of common interest. It addresses applications and developments in methods related to sensory analysis with trained assessors and to market research with consumers. Methods for the statistical analysis of sensory and consumer data are also discussed. The aim of this MIG is to provide a collaborative environment in which challenges and solutions can be discussed. It is also an ideal forum for networking, horizon-scanning, identifying gaps in knowledge and addressing them, as well as keeping up to date with legislation, latest research, and other upcoming topics.
