About
After his time at university and as a laboratory technician elsewhere, Matthew joined Campden BRI in 2011. Since then he has worked within microbiology analytical services, and then extensively within industrial process microbiology.
From managing various projects in this area, Matthew has a wealth of experience and expertise in microbiological challenge testing, determination of microbial heat resistance, and thermal decontamination of foods.
