IT Services

Campden BRI provide Food & Drink science, technology and innovation support and consultancy to our clients. We’re looking to IT Helpdesk Support on a 8 month temporary contract to help support and maintain the group’s IT (VoIP and mobile telephony) systems and to support users of the systems.

Position

Answer incoming calls for all IT queries. Log call details on the IT Helpdesk system.
Provide 1st & 2nd Line IT Helpdesk support to our end users, taking ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
Monitor all tickets, collect missing details, follow up actions and escalate as necessary.
Assisting team members with other IT duties.

Requirements

Proven experience in 1^st and 2^nd line IT Helpdesk support.
Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 within a network environment.
Good knowledge of building, setup, and deploying Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 technologies.
Good understanding of Active Directory, handling basic security administration tasks.
Good End User and communication skills, both telephone and face 2 face.

Minimum GSCE English & Maths educated to BTEC / HND level or relevant experience.

Additional information:

Please note due to our rural location, you must be able to drive and have your own transport.

This role is fully on-site and no hybrid/remote working is offered.
