41st Annual Campden Lecture

In celebration of our centenary year, this Annual Campden Lecture was a triple bill with three industry leaders each addressing the topic of The food and drink industry over 100 years - past, present and future. Steven Walker (Chief Executive of Campden BRI) addressed research and technical support whilst John Carter (Vice President Quality EDP, Danone) covered the manufacturer’s perspective, and Sarah Bradbury (Group Quality Director, Tesco) the retailer perspective.
