Sustainability - Member Interest Group

Sustainability applied to food and drink is a wide-ranging and continually evolving topic that is receiving increasing attention. This MIG will keep up to date on developments and research related to sustainability topics with relevance to the food, drink, and allied industries. It is of interest to the whole food and drink supply chain. The aim of this MIG is to provide a collaborative environment in which challenges and solutions can be discussed. It is also an ideal forum for networking, horizon-scanning, identifying gaps in knowledge and addressing them, as well as keeping up to date with legislation, latest research, and other upcoming topics.
